I believe people can face and manage any challenge, no matter how difficult. My mission is to use my experience and knowledge to create a safe space for the work of positive change and growth. At my practice, clients come to me when worry, sadness, uncertainty, or emotional fatigue begin to interfere with daily life. Together, we build steadier internal foundations and work toward meaningful long-term wellbeing.
My therapeutic approach integrates mindfulness-based interventions such as MBSR, somatic therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness based cognitive therapy, and interpersonal therapy. These modalities allow us to explore emotional, cognitive, and physical patterns that contribute to distress while strengthening resilience and self-awareness.
Many clients seek support when anxiety starts to limit their focus, sleep, or overall sense of balance. In therapy, we examine how stress affects both the mind and body. Mindfulness and somatic tools help stabilize the nervous system, and cognitive strategies interrupt patterns that keep worry active. As clients gain insight and regulation skills, daily life often becomes more manageable and grounded.
Depression can make even simple tasks feel heavy. Some clients describe persistent sadness; others report numbness or a sense of disconnection. Using mindfulness based cognitive therapy and acceptance and commitment work, we explore the thoughts and behaviors that reinforce emotional fatigue. Treatment focuses on rebuilding motivation, reconnecting with meaningful experiences, and developing habits that sustain emotional health.
Transitions—whether planned or unexpected—can bring up doubt, pressure, or conflicting feelings. I support clients facing career shifts, relationship changes, identity transitions, or family-related milestones. Interpersonal therapy helps us understand how these moments affect relational patterns and personal expectations. Our goal is to clarify priorities and create a path that aligns with each client’s values.
Recovery often involves healing after prolonged stress, burnout, or emotional pain. Together, we identify what needs support, what needs release, and what strengths can guide the next steps. Somatic approaches help the body settle, while acceptance and commitment practices encourage re-engagement with life in a healthier, more intentional way. Recovery becomes a gradual return to stability and meaning.
